Return Process

  Log into your Ishhaara account or visit our Support Portal within 7 days of delivery to submit a return or exchange request with your order ID.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the items are unworn, in their original packaging, and include all tags; once submitted, our team will review your request within 48 hours.

  Secure Packaging

  Pack the jewelry securely to prevent damage during transit and hand it over to our authorized courier partner during the scheduled pickup.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality control, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or your exchange will be dispatched.
